Summary

Come join us for Dr. Bray’s training in an evidence-based approach to relieving stress and anxiety for parents of children with disabilities that they can in turn share with their own families. Also open to anyone who experiences a disability and struggles with anxiety. Instruction will be presented by Dr. Robert Bray, an experienced and licensed mental health professional who has traveled internationally, providing this training for over 20 years.
